Sentiment: How much are you willing to automate verse check by hand? To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). I'm currently using SM2 for most of my clients, and like how easy it is to use. Is that a recent add to the system? Thanks Katie!
