For me, it’s just asking, via email, Twitter, or Facebook. They can use any channel they would like – email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Submit content that jives with the recipient. Sadly, both are also “Facebook friends.&# just not IM or the phone). I am very accessible. Be a purple cow.
