A2: Of course there are KPIs for PR, e.g. share of voice, brand sentiment, influencer relations. A community of fans has value – they can serve other fans, but you have to quantify that support in $ terms. A mobile service in the UK has entirely dispensed with customer support, it’s all user-to-user and is saving lots of money.
