Using word clouds in communications analysis

In communications, word clouds are best used in conjunction with ‘human’ analysis. For example, it takes a human to make the judgement about the overall sentiment of the data. You can see my blog posts have a strong focus on ‘users’, updates and comments. Are passive terms larger than active ones?
