Some tools you can use are Social Mention , Trackur , and PostRank. If you are AT&T and your avatar was the face of your CEO, you’re doing it wrong. If you are building your *personal* brand, by all means, use your avatar (and face!). PostRank is becoming one of my favorite tools. Yes, I did just say that.
