What would you do differently in terms of content or design? Have you taken the time to be a consumer of content first before being a publisher? There is no real down side to being a content consumer first. Adding a link to your own content is a great idea when you comment on blog posts. Been known to show mercy though.

In the team’s defense, they do have a nicely executed Events tab, and the Wall seems to be pretty active, with a variety of contests for fans. Even if I feel I’m in the right, using social media to publicly call someone out reflects poorly on me (plus, there’s that whole online-content-living-forever thing), so why would I do that?
