Think about having guest bloggers, especially if you’re taking a vacation. It’s normal to post-date posts (but don’t be far away if you need to handle a crisis).

I also use a desktop search tool which has radically changed how I handle email and directories. I find that there is little need for email folders and a lot less need for directories.
