I use a combination of tools to schedule my updates and they almost all have a browser bookmarklet so as I surf I can add items to the scheduling tools on the fly.

You can pick up great logos for as little as $20, find talented copywriters for as little as $4 per article and stumble upon programmers cheaper than the price of a restaurant meal.
