It’s very possible to dominate a niche simply by doing what everyone else does and using something like authenticity as your innovation , but it’s not always enough. As I said earlier, authenticity can be your innovation. All you have to do is find a gap in your niche or differ from whatever is already out there.

To do this you need to write compelling content, be an authentic representation of your niche and interact with your community as much as possible. Forums Message boards are really the first internet form of social media, after IRC. Make everything you do about the reader, and you can’t go far wrong.
