10 years ago seems so 10 years ago in the world of search, social and mobile. In 2000 Google was a 2 year old start-up still trying to create an identity and compete with Yahoo and MSN. Search is and has been woven into the fabric of our daily lives thanks to Google. Looking back at MySpace, it almost looks like pre-Y2k web Dev.

A few days ago I made some comparisons between Google+ and Facebook. Specifically, I talked about how Google+ has built in privacy features that Facebook doesn’t and how that could change the social media game. But lately I’ve heard some comparisons between Google+ and Twitter. Remember MySpace?

While everyone’s talking about Google Plus being some type of game-changer well before it’s even had wide release, many are already asking if it’s going to be the Facebook killer.
