I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. In addition, if youre a Google Readers shared items (yes, you Scoble !) or Google Reader shared feed through Yahoo Alerts. This works for any RSS feed, not just bookmarks.

The entire bill to switch was going to cost me $87/year! It works really well integrating with Google Adsense , Feedburner for RSS tracking, and a few other Google features (including any Google Gadget, as I mentioned above), but some obvious Google products have not been integrated.
