No one would remember that if it was a serious site. This is the easiest way to tell if it’s a phishing site. If it looks just like a site you’re familiar with, but the URL in the address bar is all wrong. If it isn’t a shortened URL and contains a string of letters like that, chances are it’s no good.

What bugs me is when an organization's HR folks have LinkedIn accounts, but the org still insists on filling out one of those DNA applications on their website. You applied for a job at Netflix? Yes, there are many experience professionals on the site and, yes, many of them are older than you, but you would be limiting your own opportunities to allow this perception to keep you away.
