LinkedIn is basically a living resume with lists of your references, employers, accomplishments, other profiles, etc. They post the job on LinkedIn and then ask you to go to their site to apply. Take a look at the screen capture above, notice how simple it is and how compact the info. Resume, LinkedIn, name, and contact info.

To make it worse, I looked for a freind's account - he too is using Twillow with a completely different set of keywords and he too has the same new inrelevant users on his following list. The new users are mostly spam account, people posting links to things you might want to buy. I tried to contact Twillow but my email bounced back.

You can search for related groups and Fan Pages through Facebook, start accounts on social bookmarking sites such as Digg or StumbleUpon, and check on who is linking to your site to find out who’s interested. It’s an easy list to follow and I’m sure it will get stuck on more than one bulletin board on a cubicle wall.

Both the comments on his site and Clickz are worth a read, I’d recommend giving them a quick run through. This can take the form of a discount card, some kind of point system, or keeping a list of your best customers and having an event in their honor. The only link to their site is a link on their info tab.
