With Google Analytics I can see if people are engaging with our blog’s content and then use that information to adapt to the preferences of site visitors. But, they might find us if they are searching for information about climate change, cancer research, computer science, etc. Efficiency. It’s a good thing. Read All About It!

If you see that a certain site is sending a lot of RSS subscribers, you can work to get more traffic from that source. Google Analytics Before Google Analytics came along there weren’t really that many decent tracking tools available. If you’re serious about your website, you can learn a lot from this tool.
