I use netvibes personally. You get a good choice of conditions built from combining choices in two drop-down menus; you can then add multiple conditions to each rule e.g. "Title : contains : geotag". By the way, Gregarius is a PHP/Mysql RSS/RDF/ATOM feed aggregator licensed under the GPL. FeedBurner provides no filtering?
