Then submit your PDFs to document sharing sites like Scribd and DocStoc. Build a wiki page for your blog. Make flyers with a catchy title and a description of your blog, and post them on bulletin boards in the entrance to supermarkets and other community buildings. The other bloggers will notice and might do the same for you.
