The example pipe below would filter our feed and return only posts that talk about "Facebook" in the title. and tagged with. I use netvibes personally. The traditional email-like interface (like Google Reader, Bloglines, etc do) and the boxes interface (like Netvibes, etc do) are simply not right for RSS. ReadWriteTalk.
