Build a wiki page for your blog. Create a hub about your blog on HubPages. Then find other bloggers in your niche and exchange banners with them. The other bloggers will notice and might do the same for you. Submit your RSS feed to RSS aggregators. Take that and submit it to RSS directories and aggregators.
