From what I've seen anywhere from 5-10% is a pretty decent (example: listed 500 times and have 10,000 followers) number to aim for. I once calculated time spent blogging vs. number of RSS subscribers. This way, you're not just looking at how many are listening to you, but how many are listening and find your stuff valuable.
