Here is a quick and easy way to organize your content stream on Facebook using Friends Lists, so that you will be more likely to see the updates from your favorite pages. Organize them in a way which makes your favorite content easier to find. Simply create more than one list. Was this tip helpful? I am going to use it.

I wondered, might it be possible that the DMV has an account on Twitter? Much to my surprise, I was easily able to locate the DMV’s Twitter account. I’ve had questions answered and general assistance given directly through Twitter. Twitter is best used when we are engaged with our audience. What a huge missed opportunity!

How you set-up and manage your Twitter account has a huge impact on how many people decide to follow you (translation: follow = subscribe and have the chance to read what you post). It is all public and searchable by anyone, not limited to those who follow you or only those who use Twitter. I’m very happy to oblige.

More individuals (of all ages), businesses, news outlets, academic institutions, government agencies and non-profit organizations are finding unique value in having a Twitter presence.

To me, Twitter is about building relationships. Like all social media tools, there is no one right way to use Twitter. Like all social media tools, there is no one right way to use Twitter. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I do aggressively unfollow if your use of Twitter is not aligned with my own style.
