Today the Jimmy Fund , one of my favorite charities, is hosting their 9th annual WEEI/NESN telethon to raise money to benefit their lifesaving mission at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Their goal for this year’s telethon is to raise$5 million, up from last year’s tally of $4.5 million.
