Today, I performed a really simple test to see if Likes from social media type websites could contribute to a top search engine ranking in the search engines. So, what did I do to set up and prove my theory that social media likes contributes to search engine rankings? The results? The Experiment.

Recently, there has been a lot of debate in the search engine marketing community about some of the more simple or basic elements of search engine optimization, a web page's meta tags.
