Many community managers don't have a plan for their community. You must have a 3 - 6 month calendar of proactive actions to improve and develop the community. If you're always in reactive mode, you'll both the opportunities and the threats to your community. If you don't, you're in reactive mode - and that's bad for a community. Most importantly, publishing more and more diverse content on the blog gives us a sense of what the NTEN community is most interested in. THE REALTIME REPORT | WEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 2012 Gatwick Airport To Publish New Children’s Stories Via SoundCloud According to Gatwick spokesperson Zoë Baker, the new initiative is designed to “embrace social communities and enhance a passenger’s journey as they pass through the airport.” Gatwick Airport recently became the first European airport to use the social network Soundcloud by releasing a series of audio books for kids and parents. This week, the airport announced plans to feature the best new children’s stories on its channel, giving budding children’s authors the chance to reach a potential audience of tens of thousands of people.
