Many companies partake in this “shiny toy syndrome&# and do it all without a plan or strategy in place. With social media, an abundance of resources are at your fingertips. If you’re going to engage in social media, do it! Do study your influencers Want to reach out to influencers ? Yeah, most of us do.

Targeting an audience of social media heavyweights that frequently visit New York City is a really useful marketing strategy. It feels really good that they “get&# the social media world and go out of their way to make you feel good for staying at their hotel. Tamar, I enjoyed reading this case study.

That’s not really convincing social proof. Then, when you’re joining a community for the first time, you’ll need to study the users and slowly build relationships with them. I am just working on a social media strategy for my thesis in a German company. Your Facebook Fan page will have 0 fans.
