How Canadians use Social Media. Canadians love social media. YouTube is used by 59 per cent of Canadians and almost half of those use it daily. Almost 38 per cent of Canadians is on Pinterest, an image-based social network. Magazine reading time down 77.5 Only 20 per cent of those use it daily.

Since I’ve been comparing major news sites in variety of areas ( Facebook and Twitter impact; YouTube and new Digg activity; site speed and domain authority , among others) I thought I’d look at overall social media engagement too. Also surprised how well some magazines did. What Horrible Things Did Time Magazine Do in 1964?
