The Facebook Description Limit is 300. Facebook OG:Description Tag Display Limit. Right now Facebook only displays the first 300 characters of a description so if your primary audience is on Facebook write your OG:Description tag accordingly. In the example the title has a ? Google Plus Description Limit is 200.

As someone that previously worked at an internet marketing company, I was always amused when a client would become obsessed with their Facebook or Myspace profile (yes, this was a few years back) and ask us to dedicate an unreasonable amount of resources to managing it. Let me give you an example…. Where do forums fit in?

They are Twitter an Facebook. Facebook - Setup your fan page and then populate it using your existing friends, family, and clients. If they are on Facebook you want them to be your fan. A good example of good looking fbml tabs is The Gap (Born To Fit, Jeans, and Born to Share tabs). Two things to keep in mind.
