Bloggers who are compensated can use the “nofollow&# tag within their outbound links to keep those links from being tagged by Google as paid content. The nofollow may well make that harder, but then again, if you are under contract I think it’s the buyer’s responsibility to track the postings of the paid blogger.

Blogger hides said compensation to maintain appearance of independence and not taint the story with “pay per post&# energy. Problem: Advertiser pays blogger for specific reviews or specific trips, knowing that they will get better than blind coverage.

NoFollow Certain Pages I did say there may be some tactics that people frown upon in this post, and this is the first. The Nofollow attribute was first introduced by search engines to help stop spam on the web from ranking in search results. Similarly, I nofollow links to my about page, my category links and my RSS feed.

Because of this, you not only need to work on something you love in order to have the energy to keep going, but you also need to make sure you don’t stop once you get started. If you try and build a website based on money and commission and what’s cool, you’ll end up losing interest and energy very quickly.

If your posts aren’t remarkable, it’s unlikely people will come back so although they will take time to put together, put a lot of energy into them. I also nofollow links to pages that don’t need my link juice such as About or Contact and even things like my RSS feed.

I believe they have the energy levels to get the job done (or they may just sit up all night doing the stuff I teach), but whatever the reason, there are now hundreds of kids making more money online than their parents do! What sites do you like that talk about making money online?
