Especially when the reason you moved across the country was to work for the company. But that’s one of the risks of working for a company of that size. It was a pretty jarring experience losing your job and all. My patience and approach paid off for me, and I’m ecstatic to be back.

If you have a blog or company website, your best bet is to integrate all 3 with each other by visibly having your Twitter and Facebook identities on your site, and utilizing Twitter and Facebook’s cross posting features. But I have a real problem with a company that thinks so little of their users to make broad sweeping account shut downs like this. Facebook has 300+ million users, and it’s a free service. I don’t expect to get the same level of customer service that I would for something I pay for. No related posts.

I vote for quality and have a concrete exemple as i have very few followers on my company french twitter account and they generate much more than the english account which was build with autofollow. I don't know that I worry too much about other companies looking at who I follow to gauge my credibility or character.

Besides a few Twitter updates notifying followers of new videos, there was no company interaction with the site. By far one of the most innovative, slick presentations on recruiting a position in your company. Every single person I told thought it was the shoe company.
