They use elearning to expedite the information sharing and some self-paced case studies. Then, they have breakout sessions where the learners are able to discuss what they learned and work through case studies. The image below is from a case study I did on compensation discussions. Not so any more.

In Blogging Case Study I argued the idea that I think this should be more like 5,000. The difference is that it may be a lot harder, and take a while longer, to find those 5,000 people and introduce them to your community. My greatest challenge is to knowing how to go about building that community. – Susan.

Why have secret judges when you can have the community on the internet get engaged, give you more page views, and do the judging for you?
