Although factors other than links apply, I will say that Google are very favourable towards Wikihow for a large number of terms. Attractionhowto.com is a really terrible website and doesn’t even have the six pages I counted unless you include their RSS feed. 1 site ranking Wikihow.

Meta Tags When you search for a site in Google, you’ll see a snippet of content under the page link. I should mention that Google announced a few months ago they do not crawl the keywords tag anymore. The Google external keyword tool is a good place to start to see which phrases are popular in your audience.

June 1st : 6,866 May 31st : 7,543 Change : +677 I really don’t know what is going on (I’m still down over 1,000 Google Reader subscribers compared to usual) so that would suggest I’m at least over 8,500. The time on site also increased slightly so that shows the quality of traffic was higher. But with Feedburner, who knows.

I remember the days when traffic from the service would only have a 30% bounce rate, and while it’s around 80% now, a percentage of visitors still leave comments and sign-up to your RSS feed which is what most people want them to do. They do not get to see the actual domain until they purchase the link, which helps protect you from companies like Google finding out if you’re selling links. Get Youtube Traffic Not only can I get more traffic to my site from Google searches that click on the video, I can also get traffic from people who are using Youtube search to find videos. The author knows this but I doubt he cares – the traffic he receives from Google must be incredible. Despite having over 20,000 apparent RSS readers, writing a guest post there will get you no more than 10 clicks on your site. played it safe with their portal, and then Google came along with their simple search interface.
