The Facebook parent company has been re-branded as Meta to reflect its future focus on the “Metaverse” (primarily AR and VR experiences). The Facebook parent company is being replaced by Meta. Meta is the umbrella over Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. Our lives move into the virtual world.
