Founded by four ex-Googlers, FriendFeed allows you to subscribe to your friends’ updates across 35 social networks and to stay up to date with the content they’re discovering and sharing across the web. And I do get an RSS feed from FriendFeed for content matching my search criteria. Google, Wikipedia and FriendFeed.

As far as Custom search concern, you have to create new page with page title “Search Results&# and paste the code from Googles Search results code text box. Add “&exclude=ABC&# (ABC is the page id of NEW Search result page.e.g. Good luck with the new design. Is your RSS dude taking a crap?

A well known news outlet contacted me a few weeks ago asking for advice on building visibility to her articles that were submitted to a social news site where I help moderate.
