When all I can find about you on Google search are things like message board postings or a one-off weight loss blog offer, then you are not a serious business person IMO. Get an email address at your domain (the same domain that has your biographical info and references) or get a Gmail address.

Does the company offer tech support via chat, email, or message boards? If the tech support is given on a message board, can you stay anonymous if you want to, and still get help? Surely someone there will be able to share her or his experience with you, or refer you to someone who can. Will the call be expensive?

From the perspective of a blogger, it makes more sense to link directly to the page that you are referring to than it does to link to the home page, and then hope the reader can find the information you are referring to. That link that I just provided does not go to the lawyer’s home page, but to an interior page. How could that be?

WordPress tip: For any challenge you might be experiencing, type it into Google and you’ll find plenty of message board discussions that were started by people with similar challenges. I found message board discussions regarding my file version challenge. I just didn’t find solutions.
