Use a social media listening platform like Radian6, Trakur, Sysomos, etc. and determine what blogs they read, social networks they use, forums or wikis they use, etc. Promote your content and promote sharing in all of your digital communications, like newsletters. Check out Forums, wikis, groups, blogs, etc.

They’ve adapted to using online social networks (namely LinkedIn) to identify passive candidates in the last few years and it’s serving them well. Bookmark a site on a social bookmarking site where they can look it up later and where some of their contacts might discover it. This is a very successful company.

On a particular forum I am active on (yes, I still use them!), Sadly, this person’s post was pulled by the strict moderators on that forum; the post was purely self-promotional and nothing but. If you’re only on the forum to tell other people to visit your website or to use your product, you won’t go far.

Also you might want to add the vast variety of restaurants and eating places which is definitely missing in the newsletter which have been published. what will be good is if they can integrate it with other things, for e.g. the sms you mentioned, or perhaps forum etc, though i am not sure the audience is large enough for these.
