Do what I did, and ask your network on Twitter, Facebook, forums, whatever networks you belong too. Hmm, this is interesting since the accounts are connected to your Google profile, but so far there’s no way to say, share a message from Google+ to Twitter. Click the timestamp on a post to get a permalink to share on your other networks, (just like Twitter). Remember that only you see that list of interests. At least right now.

If the whole thing blew up on Twitter first, find the source and address them directly in a positive manner. Creating a Facebook campaign to deal with a crisis that started on Twitter is not going to be nearly as effective. Get to the source. Remember too that sometimes they’re really trolls. Don’t feed the trolls!

FYI profile images link to Twitter and names link to blogs or websites. When crafting a strategy for nonprofits, don’t assume the folks who ‘like’ you in Facebook are also going to follow you on Twitter or take the same type of actions. If I were you I’d spend some time getting to know these folks.
