Those conversion rates carry over to paid ads, too, with another HubSpot study showing LinkedIn ads converting at 6.1% , more than double the rate of comparable Google ads. You can group by location, target industry, CPM, or whatever makes sense for you, and refine those groupings further as you learn more information about each lead.

It has been around three years since I owned a website where the main income source was Google Adsense, but I recently picked up a great site which was pulling in a respectable $50 per day from the service. Sometime last year Google allowed you to change the font and size of the text in the ads you display. Google aren’t stupid.

When bloggers think about monetising their content, most will turn to Google AdSense for advertising revenue, and some may think about releasing an ebook or enrolling in an affiliate program. . CPM: Cost per thousand impressions served. At a $15 CPM, 100,000 impressions would only generate $1,500.

Google Adsense. I’d always been against adding Google Adsense to my webpages for fear of it taking away from the user experience. A large chunk of Darren’s revenue is now generated from selling his own ebooks. In January and February of this year, ebook sales were his number one revenue generator. Sell your own products.
