Budget Hearings Conclude and We Suggested…

The budget hearings with department heads wrapped up last night and the Budget and Finance Committee deliberated with Councilors Earls, Heartquist, Hutcheson, O’Brien, and Connell; and we recommended the mayor implement the following changes: 1. We also voted 3-0 to reduce the unemployment insurance line item from $50,000 to $25,000.
