It’s important to build your brand and specify a few employees with specific expertise. Type “inurl” or “allintext” queries in Google. Utilize Social Media.

Separate original content from press releases (and other forms of non-news content) – separating articles in the directory structure helps Google News identify what is specifically news content. The title should be “extremely indicative of the story at hand.” Creating textual descriptions and transcripts is helpful.
