As a blogger, there are numerous tools at your disposal to track how your content is doing. A deceptively simple yet dynamic tool for bloggers which measures what it calls “Engagement Events such as a comment, a bookmarked link, or a tweet about a particular post. It isn’t that we need a tool that does everything.

I’ve been watching closely as over the last couple of weeks two incidents on different blogs have caused an outright fury in the blogosphere, dividing a typically supportive group (bloggers) on different sides of the fence. I really admire them both. First Rule of Fight Club is Not To Talk About Fight Club.

The Weinermobile is big news for bloggers in the Aloha State and Oahu specifically as moms and Hawaii residents and tourists alike love to see it and write about it. In these markets, they get more visability from TV , radio, newspapers and even bloggers. Put it in perspective.

This is the blogger as task-master part. Let your talented employees be your bloggers – ask for volunteers to start. Be disciplined: develop an editorial calendar, leave room for newsy items that your company should be commenting on. Blog regularly 1-3X minimum per week. Think beyond the marketing team.
