Remember, you’re not on Facebook, Google+, or MySpace here – this is a social network for business professionals. Also, the groups on Linkedin are not like your average Facebook group. Groups are great for networking and learning new things. Only interact in a professional manner with other users. Stay Fresh.

Include a photo of yourself on every page, and if it’s a group written blog, include photos of each author. Even though we're all just the text of our name or a simple avatar/pic to each other, we're all real people inside. Show your first-time visitors who you are (literally and figuratively).
