I tweet more frequently too, using HootSuite (my favorite Twitter application by far) to schedule tweets down the road. I promote new people. You have to have *unique* email addresses in Twitter’s system, but you can circumvent this by doing as Joel suggested just as long as you move to Gmail. I promote good content.

The admin tools are rudimentary, and to get anything half way approaching a decent system you have to pay a considerable (I mean *really* considerable) amount to one of the few approved FB developers who are currently getting moderation suites together. I firmly see IM apps as real desktop applications and Facebook and FB Chat as a webapp.
