Bloggers who had earned a decent or better Page Rank saw their status tank to zero once Google realized they were being being paid for certain posts by advertisers. To its credit, Google also penalized its own Japan division who used the pay per post tactic in an attempt to compete against Yahoo.

Whether or not an idea fits perfectly within Google’s guidelines. This may seem like quite a strange topic for someone who, for eight years, has been highly focused on the Google “right way” Not too much has changed there because I still believe in the Google way. Tweet Spinner also has a “nofollow&# user list that will algorithmically never follow users who meet certain criteria. Moreover, you can also nofollow people based on their tweets. Tweet Spinner uses case insensitive search but requires that you fill out detailed information for best results.
