How frequently will you need to create reports or check the filters? To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). Also, the ability to tag sources and posts for later reporting or creating listening streams is often important to consider. Thanks again Katie.

Certainly, it’s not a comprehensive influence formula like Klout , or other Twitter-influence arbiters ( interesting study this week from Sysomos ), but it’s easy to calculate, and I think it makes sense. Gary Vaynerchuk has a FPT of 39.26.
