Asking questions of your readers is a great way to encourage comments and I do not do enough of it. If I owned the site, I would do basic things such as: Reverse the order of the phrases in the title tag Remove the site name from the heading on the site Show more of their blog posts on the homepage Remove the default Wordpress links from the sidebar These changes, with a few quality links, would help push them up the rankings.
