If you use Facebook aps for StumbleUpon, etc. You can no longer behave one way on digg and another way in StumbleUpon. Some people have avoided making that call on the Internet thus far through avatars, but that won’t fly with FriendFeed. Tamar is also the author of The New Community Rules (July 2009).

Add an avatar and a bio at the minimum. It’s important to understand the communities you contribute to and to understand the rules of the sites that you target. FriendFeed is a service but it’s also a community. StumbleUpon Sending more than one story to your network daily. Not humanizing your profile.
