Subscriber Stats I really don’t know if I should continue reporting on Feedburner as the count is just far too erratic. But with Feedburner, who knows. Sorry to hear about the whole feedburner thing, I think we are all kind of feeling that it is just way unreliable. Yup you are right about the feedburner stats.

Don’t forget to explore avenues such as email listings, developing digital products, ebooks , and co-branding with other bloggers. Also, look at the buying patterns of your target customers. Ideally, you want to target customers who are more likely to make “impulse buys&# or offer products that are very hard to resist.

Sure, knowing why people buy your product or sign up to your email list is important. But perhaps even more important than that, is this: Find out why people don’t buy or sign up. “Did you like my eBook?” People have changed their careers after reading Pat Flynn’s free ebook. It means nothing.

Feedburner If you’re a blogger and you’re not using Feedburner, I first of all want to know where you’ve been, and secondly need to say that you have been missing out. Feedburner basically provides the little yellow “chicklet&# that you see on the top right hand corner of this blog.

Isn’t Feedburner my mailing list? Feedburner only delivers your latest blog posts to a subscriber’s inbox. I stuck with Aweber in the end – I like their form designs, autoresponder service, blog RSS to email ability in case Feedburner does tank, and other features. Sharing exclusive tips with readers.
