I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. How to blog from Gmail (Gmail + Wordpress/TypePad/Blogger + IMified). Using Gmail as a Massive Database. I revel in information. Cant get enough of it. I like that I get a lot of email. Enter Gmail and the Google Toolbar.

And one thing I discovered very quickly about the photo community is if you want comments, you better start giving comments first. I would also suggest using little bookmarklets like the one on Feed Preview. As some of you may know, I recently launched a photography blog, Photostry. The result? Why I Use Google Reader. A faster pop-up for the bookmarklet (which sometimes does not work) and browser extension: However this may be the result of a slower server, server cache settings, and the like. And one additional point about the browser extension and bookmarklet: If you click it once and nothing happens, give it a few seconds before you click it again.
