Not unless you have a huge link-buying budget and know how to get paid links that still count. If the homepage of the site was simply an article that covered a lot of things about viral marketing, do you think I would be able to rank as easily? Directory Submissions By nature, directory links are of a very poor quality.

If you have an important message to get out to your readers, you don’t have to worry about whether they are subscribed to your RSS feed, checking their RSS reader, watching their Twitter stream, or seeing your update on Facebook. Keyphrase: Dog obedience training There are a few “rockstar&# affiliate marketers who have made millions of dollars in the dog-training niche. The market is insanely huge.

I won’t deny that it’s getting much, much harder in the affiliate marketing space (how I make money) but persistence, determination and creativity can take you anywhere. 1 in Google after nothing more than $10 directory submissions. If it helps, I just order $10 directory submissions from Digitalpoint.
