When you get opted-in to an email list by a company and an email arrives in your inbox, you’re bothered by it. But, that is really a disservice to the companies that don’t know any better and do buy ad space. I felt the same way as when someone opts me into their email list without my permission. Keep up the great work!

Many companies use traditional media to imprint or introduce a brand to the target market. During the Discovery phase the brand lets go of the conversation and hands it to the community. Considering that the business models of Facebook and Twitter are predominantly ad based, we better hope that advertising isn’t dead.

People and companies have taken time to create helpful lists, especially when visiting a new city. After it happened several more times, I began to consider that one of the biggest fitness hurdles for most people is consistency.
