However, did you know that you can bookmark on del.icio.us In addition, if youre a Google Readers shared items (yes, you Scoble !) Then your bookmarks are easily mined from your nerve center.

As a top Digg submitter, it worked like this: at first, people noticed my heavy community involvement and my participation , and consequently, my submitted stories easily front-paged. The community had to react. There’s no real community in Digg. Most other sites you belong to probably have a bigger sense of community.

I now think my post on reaching 10K subscribers was indeed a bug (I did say it might be in the post ) and the site is at 7,543 readers. Although I don’t have any goals for the size of the community here, I still think it is an interesting metric to monitor. Some people are even saying that social bookmarking is a waste of time.

You can see how many people are subscribing to your RSS feed and from which sources, and if you use the new Google Analytics integration, you can see how many clicks each individual post is getting from feed readers. Rather than having to delete an email, simply scrolling past a new post in Google Reader will mark it as read.
